You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use milyon. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. milyon reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be verified. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on milyon. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. milyon may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify milyon immediately at [email protected].
All transactions on milyon are conductedin Philippine pesos (PHP) and processed through GCash, Maya, or local bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. milyon does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. milyon reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
All games available on milyon are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet. milyon is committed to fair play and uses certified random number generation and live dealer systems to ensure game integrity. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Winnings obtained through technical errors, system faults, or any form of manipulation are considered void and will not be paid out. All bets placed on milyon are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Odds displayed on the Betting page are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed, and the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. milyon reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled or abandoned according to the applicable sport's governing rules. Winnings from sports betting are credited to your account balance after the relevant event has concluded and results have been officially confirmed. Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within seven days of the event result being published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on milyon and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Collusion between players, match-fixing, and any form of coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes are all grounds for permanent account closure. You must not attempt to access another player's account, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or introduce malicious code of any kind. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is prohibited, and milyon accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence. milyon monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on any behaviour that it reasonably believes constitutes a breach of these terms.

milyon provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events beyond our reasonable control. milyon's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits milyon's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
milyon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players by email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of milyon that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. milyon's internal complaints process requires that you first submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], and we will endeavour to respond within 10 business days. We encourage all players to attempt resolution through this process before pursuing formal legal action. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
